This watch exudes quality and distinction... If you have large wrists you will not need to adjust the band, but most people WILL need to adjust for size. It is easily done and a jeweler is not needed. On the inside of the band you will note imprinted arrows. Each section of the band has a pin at the arrow. Take a rigid small tool (punch, screwdriver etc.) that will fit into the pin oriface. Starting at the arrow, press the pin out the opposite side of the band and the band will separate. Decide how many sections you want to remove to firm up the tension of the band around your wrist and repeat the same technique until you have removed enough band sections for your individual fit/comfort. Then just reconnect the two ends of the band with one of the pins you removed. Note that it appears that one end of all the pins has a screw-head on it-in fact, the pin will press out without attempting to 'unscrew' it. Very simple-save yourself $50 by doing it yourself. I purchased his and her Bulova watches and adjusted them both. I initially was stumped by the screw-head design of the pins but discovered the pins can just be pressed out (just remember to do it in the direction of the arrows-and that there is some tension to overcome before the pin releases and protrudes from the other side-I did NOT need a hammer to force the pins out-just a tiny punch, but anything rigid that will fit in the pin hole will work-note, be careful not to stab yourself in the hand, etc when exerting pressure with your tool). Hope this helps and saves people some money.

This is a beautiful watch. I previously owned a Rolex that looked very similar. Unable to afford another one now, I went for a Bulova. Amazon.com had the best price out of several sites I visited and shipping was quick. I love my watch and would reccommend it to anyone.
