I've had this watch a little bit more than 3 years now and it looks as beautiful and shiny as the first day I bought it. At the time it was on sale and I paid about $225.00 but it was worth it. The watch is in impecable condition and Bulova makes such a good product that I have no doubts I will enjoy this watch for many years to come. It also looks fancy and more expensive that the actual cost. Still very happy with this purchase...

I purchased this watch as a gift. It looked great when it arrived and my gf loved it a lot. Mostly she wore it when she was at her office working in front of the computer. However the surface of the watch, both the glass and metal parts started to wear off after ONE MONTH. She used to have a $20 Casio watch and this never happened (at least not so quickly and noticeable). So we took it to a local watch repair shop and people there also thought the wear off was caused by some quality problem of the watch. Since it was still under warranty we sent this watch to Bulova.
You need to pay $20 for Bulova to inspect it even if it is under warranty. And Bulova claimed it was not their fault and refused to make any repair or replacement for free. Indeed for this type of wear off problem, it is really hard to judge whether it is caused by improper use or the initial quality. But they can always claim it is your fault in any case. My gf and I were not that kind of people who refuse to leave until the service meets our expectation. So we ended up paying $20 more and got nothing but disappointment. Now it has been one year after the purchase and the watch looks really really crappy even though we took extra care of it after realizing it cannot fixed for free. I won't recommend this watch to anyone who cares about quality and customer service.

Good for everyday or for business/casual. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the band is very long and I was not able to adjust the length myself. I had to take it to a jeweler for adjustment. I usually wear a 7" to 7-1/4" bracelet. If you have a large wrist this is perfect for you!

I purchased this watch for a birthday present - it was absolutely beautiful. The tiny crystals on the watch band are loose and makes it a truly unique design. Delicate and perfect for small wrists.

Worn only a few times after received as a Christmas present, the crystals began to fall off. I will be sending it to a Bulova repair center, paying shipping both ways.
