Great casual watchJan 02, 2008

I read the earlier reviews and thought "At last, a casual watch made for me!" Between my tiny wrists and my tendency to destroy casual accessories, I had just about given up on watches. And for the price, how could I go wrong? Yes, the face is small; yes, the band is cheap plastic. I love it. I wouldn't wear it to the office or church, but for playtime, park-time, running around town on Saturdays, etc., it's perfect.

Lovely watch, very comfortable, easy to read and the size of the face is perfect for ladies. Band is easy to adjust and best of all, it's not leather. 5 stars.

Once again, I do love my Casio watches and the price is right..I also ordered the Casio watch item # LQ139D-9B1. It is the gold faced model..I like them both, but this one came with a dead battery, so I guess it wasn't such a good deal since I had to replace the battery right away..I am sure that they sit around in a warehouse and the batteries die over time.I think that they should try them before they ship them..maybe they should send a fresh battery with every watch. I am sure the customers would love it..all in all, it is still a great deal for $11.00 and I wouldn't hesitate on purchasing this item..I also have metal allergies and the rubber strap and plastic case work great for me.

Received it quickly with a dead battery. Returned it for replacement, came quickly also with a dead battery. Returned again, Amazon paid for shipping both times with full refund of purchase price, thank goodness. Otherwise the watch was very cute with low price. I could have just changed the battery to keep the watch, but did not want to take trouble.

this is a very lightweight inexpensive watch. quality timekeeping as always from casio. it is an all plastic watch with a metal backing, strap is rubber feeling.
