 Not the Quality I was ExpectingMar 03, 2011

This item was purchased as a Sweet Sixteen gift for my neice. It is a beautiful watch and she loved it. However, the pins keep falling out of the links making in unwearable. We are in the process of trying to get this resolved. I definitely expected more from a DKNY product. I am dissapointed to say the least.

I was very impressed with the entire process of purchasing this item: delivery was quick (ordered on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday with Amazon Prime); the watch was very securely packaged and it was beautiful - exactly as advertised. Thanks Amazon for a great experience!
