Beware of Price Change!Jan 04, 2012

First I was inquiry about Hamilton's Man Jazzmaster Open Heart watch, they show its instock in Amazon, but no model found on WatchZone's own website. So I called the customer service to make sure they do have it instock before I purchase. The girl from WatchZone looked up the model I looked for and told me its a women's watch, which its kinda odd when its show Men's watch both on Amazon and Hamilton's official website according to the model number. Then, she later email me a link and told me its actually a man's watch..(Okay, at least she found the right answer) Then, I purchase the watch thru Amazon, the second I click on the "place order" button, the watch I purchased instantly drop price from $629 to $603.69!!!!! I called Watchzone's customer service again, the same girl picked up the phone, and insist she had $845 on the website. To prove that my eyes are not lying, I send her the link, and she still insist the price stay at $845. However, she told to hold, then the phone system was kinda not professional enough, coz I can totally heard she was talking to someone!!!! But anyway, after 7 mins, she came back to me and said they will match the price for $603.69 and will send me a confirmation email, which I still not receive it while I writing this comment.
The Service is not professional enough, and give me a doubt that the watch I purchase maybe some kind of fake or defect. Well, I will come back and tell you its a real or fake after I receive my watch.
