Great Buy!Nov 26, 2009
By R. J. Mclaughlin I have had a Pulsar watch similar to this one for many years, but it finally wore out. When I saw this one on Amazon at at good price, and it was a new one - not a refurbed one, I bought it. It came quickly as promised and I am very satisfied.

Great WatchAug 30, 2011

Basically the same watch I bought in 1982, wore it for 27 years and love the style and bought another one just like it. I believe in Pulsar's quality.
Nice watchMar 30, 2012
By Hooty Hoot This watch is almost identical to the Seiko SGF 204 I purchased in 1998 which has been a great watch but my body acid or something destroys anything that is plated, it just peels off so I got the Seiko in 98 and have replaced the stem at least 3 times at $45 a pop so I decided to get the same Seiko until I saw this Pulsar so I bought it in January and it keeps time to 2 seconds a month.
The only real difference between the Seiko and Pulsar is how the inside of the bracelet is finished, the Pulsar has small sections on the inside of the bracelet the Seiko has it made in sections with space in between the links; the Pulsar will sometimes grab the hair on my arm but I am getting used to it but if it did not I would put the Seiko bracelet on the Pulsar.
I loved the Seiko comfort which is evident in the bracelet as it has wore and stretched but still looks good for all of the wear.
I could put the 2 watches side by side and if not for the name and newness you could never tell them apart; I could have bought other nice watches I really liked but I like the size and the deal breaker for me is the thickness of the self winding and solar watches as they are about 3-4mm thicker and I would catch it on something under the hood of a car or something, Yes I would buy this watch again if I needed one.
