    4Watch is good.Dec 20, 2008

This is a nice watch and was definitely the type I was looking for. The bracelet is of nice mid range Seiko quality (although much easier to adjust since it has friction pins instead of the typical diver pins and collars). The bezel itself is difficult to grip which makes it difficult to turn, however the clicking is typical Seiko. The clasp is comfortable and similar to the Seiko mid range watches. There is also a display back on this watch, which is not necessary. First of all this is not an automatic watch, but it is a kinetic. Second the movement is undecorated and thus not something that one wants to see. Overall this watch is very nice and the only reason I would not give it the 5 stars is because the bracelet cannot be exchanged with a standard strap, which is not a deal breaker.

    5MY THIRD SEIKOAug 17, 2011

I am now wearing a Seiko kinetic watch that I purchased in 1999. It is still running with great accuracy and with the sapphire crystal it still looks pretty good. Considering I wear it doing everything from car repair to carpentry work, that is a pretty good endorsement for Seiko. Which brings up the only thing I would change about the new watch, I wish it had a sapphire crystal. I received the new watch in a timely manner and really like the looks of it. I would recommend a Seiko Kinetic to anyone who wants a good looking durable watch at a decent price. By the way all three of my Seiko watches are still running and the oldest was purchased in the late 70s, but it is not a kinetic.

    5Very Nice WatchJan 06, 2011

I just purchased this watch and have worn it for a little over a week. It's much nicer than the photo shows. This was an addition / replacement for another Seiko that I've owned for more than 7 years. I don't own a collection of watches, so when I buy one, I research and shop for quite a while before picking one to buy.

The two-tone finish really catches the eye and the face is finely detailed. There were no flaws in this watch that I could find. The band was easily fitted with small tools to my slightly thin wrists. The size is not overpowering. This is my first Kinetic watch and so far, I'm happy with this purchase. I had originally intended to buy an automatic but when you come right down to it, a watch is a timepiece and I wanted it to be highly accurate and troublefree - even to the point of not replacing batteries. I would gladly wear this watch anywhere as sport/dress or casual.
