Spectacular looking watchJul 08, 2007

The watch is beautiful and if it lasts as long as the first Seiko I gave my dad 30 years ago, what a deal it will be! He loves the see through back and has always worn self-winders. He's very happy.

Love the watchNov 29, 2011
By A. Kim I have to agree this is beautiful looking watch. Accuracy is pretty good for self-winding and I love the transparent window that show the inner working mechanism. The only thing you have to be careful is that the band can be easily scratched. I was wearing the watch at my work and at the end of the shift I looked at the watch band and noticed the clasp was scratched already.
But at the price I was able to purchase ($50) I am not arguing at all.
Self-winding/automatic watch is more expensive to manufacture than battery powered digital watch. All it will do is to keep time and at best day/date. But, it sure looks much better looking than run-of-mill battery powered watches.

Excellent Watch!Nov 30, 2011
By Colin Brady Excellent watch and keeps accurate time especially if you take the time to regulate it. Beautiful watch. Wear it everyday to work and also functions as a good watch for social occasions.
Beautiful and well made...May 01, 2012
By Moncho But it does not keep accurate time (runs too fast). After a week, you are looking at 5 mins. too fast (always). I never had a Seiko nor an automatic watch.
My last watch was a Citizen automatic (never had problems keeping accurate time). I would not recommend this watch if you want accurate time. If all you want is to have the most elegant and beautiful watch around, buy this watch.
It's funny because I thought the OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE of a watch was to keep accurate time. I guess that you live and learn...
Didn't Keep TimeMar 16, 2012
By RPSDEL I ordered this watch in February. It looked great, but it kept losing time in a big way, so I returned it. I'm not the most active person, but I expect I should be able to keep an automatic watch alive.
