Perfect for 4 yr oldNov 16, 2007
By Allison McKinnon I purchased this watch for my daughter's 4th birthday. She's just learning to tell time. I like that this has an easily adjustable elastic band and is water resistant. So far, it's still working even having been through the washer and drier. My daughter loves it and I like that it's not character-based (i.e. Dora) so that when she outgrows her current interests she won't outgrow the watch. The loss protection plan is also a plus.

Great starter watchFeb 17, 2010
By eazes I love how the band stretches to accommodate even the smallest of wrists. Since the band is rubber and you can even tighten and loosen it this will be with her until she's ready for a more grown up watch. Great item for young girls starting to wear watches.

Cute Kids' WatchMar 21, 2009
By Healthy Minded My daughter chose the watch. She really likes it. The band is stretchy which makes it easy for her to remove quickly. The only downside she mentioned is the ticking keeps her awake so she has to remove it at night.
Didn't last six monthsMar 13, 2011

Purchased this as a replacement for another Timex watch. It was a gift to a six-year-old girl. By January, the stem has broken off. This is the second time a Timex watch for kids has failed--look somewhere else for a children's watch.

In the ad photos this watch seem to be more nice that it was really. I'suppose it's very common in the advertising bussines.
