Classic design, Fine craftmanship - A Perfect ChoiceJul 24, 2007
By Agaligo Sunyataburus With this watch you get Saphire crystal, Silver guilloche dial, clasical design, thick leather strap with deployment clasp, etc. without spending thousands of dollar.
Its like a miracle how Tissot can make this watch at this price. The craftmanship of this watch is excellent. I have observed the dial with x10 loupes and quite surprise with the high quality of workmanship which surpass many Swiss watches at x4 price (or even more).
The great engine that drive this watch is ETA 2824-2 with 28,800 bph - same as you can find in lots of expensive Swiss brands. And with this watch Tissot give you a gold plated rotor which can be seen from the half-open back too.
This Tissot Le Locle is 40 mm. diameter (exclude the crown) and 10 mm. thick. Its case is side brushed (hair line) with polished bezel which make it looks great.
If you looking for a classic design watches with a fine craftmanship this watch is a perfect choice.

Beautiful TimepieceOct 28, 2007
By B. Price This is my second Tissot watch among many other brands. The other Tissot is the PRC200 (quartz). I thought I'd check out one of their automatics and this Le Locle fit the bill perfectly. A gorgeous watch for the price. Craftsmanship, attention to detail, accuracy, etc. all lend themselves to much more expensive timepieces. Highly recommend this watch to someone looking for simplicity and class.

Great time keeperNov 11, 2009
By Sesh I have owned for about 3 weeks now and have been testing against my COSC certified Omeaga Seamaster and my other Longines quartz. This fares just as good as the the Omega upto the second. Apart from very good looks, this keeps time like a high-end chronometer (at least for now). I bought it at a local authorized dealer for 30% discount and that makes it even better!

Great Watch - Watch (look) for great priceJun 06, 2009

All of the reviews are correct. This is a fantastic looking watch that functions great. Really a class timepiece.
The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't last over of the weekend if it isn't used. A watch winder would fix that but I've been experimenting with giving it a couple of shakes on Sat. and Sun.
One note, Amazon merchant luxurywatchstore sells this for $355.00 but they don't always have them in stock. Keep yours eyes and then buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Swiss quality Chronometer for a great price.Dec 27, 2008

I spent a great deal of time researching watches before buying the Le Locle. Tissot is a respected Swiss brand with a good history. The watch is well crafted and has quality components found in much more expensive watches. It is elegant and understated with a vintage look. Very nice buy.
