Beautiful Durable WatchJan 05, 2012
By Beth Champion I bought this watch because I needed something durable and strong...and the reviews from other nurses helped out a lot too!
The face is a deep azure with easy to read hands and hour markings. It's smaller than I expected, but I am used to my old watch.
The fastener is a bit strange with several additional folding parts that I wasn't expecting, but it assures that you won't be losing this watch easily!
The bezel *is* hard to turn, but I assume that this will loosen up with time and use.
Overall a beautiful, durable watch that I'm very happy with.

Hard to turn bezelDec 30, 2011
By Shayla I generally am happy with this watch. I wanted one with a rotating bezel. This has it but it is hard to turn. There is nothing to grip onto to turn it. I am in the medical field and am using the bezel for timing things. Not sure how this is going to work with gloves on. Maybe better-- I don't know yet. The hands stay lit all night. I can even see what time it is 8 hours later!

Wenger Women's Battalion II Blue Dial Steel Bracelet WatchApr 06, 2012
By TAT First time purchasing a Wenger watch and am very happy with the quality of my purchase. The watch is medium weight and seems very durable when I first opened the package. Once I have a couple of links removed, which will be done today, I will try to give a follow-up review on the durablility of the watch.
The watches blue face is exactly as described, just the right color of blue - not too dark or light. The outer face dial is easy to turn, however the knob to to adjust the date and time is difficult to put back into place once it has been pulled out.
Overall, I am happy with this purchase - I just hope the knob gets easier over time.

Form follows functionJan 15, 2011
By Ozarker Bought as a Christmas gift for my wife, whose decades-old Seiko was scratched and hard to read. The Wenger is beautifully made, good-looking in a utilitarian way and easy to read. Keeps precise time. We hope it lasts. What the heck is a "uni-directional bezel" for?
